- When the Universe Speaks, Listen, without Bravery you will keep on living a small life -

I was fortunate to be raised by parents who saw the beauty in mostly everything around

them, especially nature.

I have fond memories of school, but they are heavily outweighed

by the phenomenal memories of time spent with my Parents in the

Wild South African landscape.

I spent almost all of my free time traveling through South Africa with my family.

More than a decade of guiding in various reserves across this landscape presented me with the opportunity to gather invaluable knowledge

on the behaviour and ecology of the animals and plants

in the various regions of our country.

Art has always been an escape from reality for me, somewhere where I could hide... and express myself without the daily pressure of meeting other people's expectations.

My loving husband, Keir Lynch, an Ecological Conservationist, has insisted on many occasions that I pursue my creative passions.

- His motivation was always that he admired who I am when I do what I love -

In 2015, mid-year, the Universe spoke.

I could ignore her, as I have done on so many occasions before, or I could take the brave leap to become a full time Artist. If it wasn't for Keir and our 7 year old teenager, Cian's, support I 

probably would not have had the courage to pursue this adventure.

but I did.

and it is fabulous.

I am true to myself. 

I have time for my family. 

And I work at my own pace. 

I feel very privileged to be able to share my experiences in nature with people who share my perception of beauty.

I started selling my artworks in 2015, and have sold to clients in Australia, Italy, the UK, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and across South Africa. My artwork has also featured in Dignity SA's Fundraising event, as well as the African Penguin and Seabird Sanctuary Fundraiser. I am also working on a donation piece for the Table Mountain Fund.  All whilst working on illustration for clients, steady commissions and my own original artworks too!!!
